Welcome to Telecrafts. By creating an account or using Telecrafts (the "app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Telecrafts is meant for students, teachers, and people who want to share files and messages, and for teachers to run classes. If you are under 18, you may use Telecrafts only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
Messaging and file sharing are free for everyone. A teacher may also apply to run a coaching class; class features are provided after we verify and approve the teacher, and may be paid.
You are responsible for everything you do on Telecrafts and for the content (messages, files, photos, class material) you share. You agree to use the app only for lawful, respectful purposes.
Teachers are fully responsible for their students, their class content, and keeping a safe, respectful, age-appropriate environment. Teachers accept a separate Teacher Agreement when creating a class.
Live classes may use third-party services such as YouTube. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. Recordings of live classes may be stored on those services.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may review, suspend, or remove any account, class, or content at any time if these terms are broken or misuse is suspected, without prior notice.
Telecrafts is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that content will never be lost. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
Your privacy matters to us. This explains what we collect and how we use it.
We use your information only to provide and improve the service — to deliver your messages and files, run your classes, verify accounts, send confirmation and password-reset emails, and keep the app safe.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service — for example with our hosting provider (which stores the data), our email provider, and third-party live-class services such as YouTube when you use them. We may disclose information if required by law.
Many users are minors. We ask that a parent or guardian consents to a minor's use of Telecrafts. Teachers and users must never exploit or endanger a child. We handle children's data with extra care, in line with applicable law (including India's data-protection rules).
Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form and cannot be read by anyone. Your data is stored on secure hosting. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can update your name, email, and photo in your Profile, and delete your own messages. If you want your account or data removed, contact us and we will help.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
